Earlier this year my friend @laurynhenley sent me a link to an equine therapy retreat in Washington hosted by @thecircleupexperience. It landed on a weekend my kids were with their dad and I booked immediately. No questions asked.

This place means the world to me. And trust me when I say there is nowhere quite like it. The crystal clear lake, the smell of pine, the way the sun rises each day, and the way the stars seem to go on forever. My kids feel the magic, too.
