Why is this important?
As women programmed to exist in burnout culture, we often rush from one activity to the next, letting each day fly by taking care of everyone else, from our teams at work to our partners to our kids at home. It’s a cycle that could go on forever if we let it. So before another year passes by, we invite you to sit with the events of the last year and create space for reflection, release what no longer serves you, and call in what is in alignment for the coming year.
