The Love Yourself event is designed to bring FUN and CREATIVITY into your life through movement and art.
Centered on personal wellness and self-love, we curated the day to help women get back to center and remember that it's okay to put on your oxygen mask on first! Expect to leave this event feeling uplifted and more connected to your own damn self.
This day is going to be pure BLISS. We are going to kick things off with a guided exercise that is all about remembering to honor your body for the magical vessel that it is through some very light yoga and dance.
Then, the incredible artist Maureen Claffy will lead a therapeutic painting session so you can get in the zone. Absolutely no art experience is required. Picture a blank page, lots of colors, music, and a room full of nonjudgmental, amazing women.
We will close out with a meditation and sound bath so you can experience a little zen.
Light snacks will be served so plan to eat before you arrive. Bring a friend and get ready to launch into February full of love for yourself, so you can show up as your full self for the people around you.

About Maureen Claffy
Chicago-born artist Maureen Claffy produces large scale, mixed-media modern art that speaks to the soul. Her work pairs reverence for what spiritually connects us - family, love, friendship - with a commitment to rich color and vivid form. Blending watercolor, fluid acrylic, colored pencil and ink, Claffy has created a signature aesthetic capable of expressing deep emotion and celebrating beauty that engenders understanding and human connection. She has a very generous heart. The works that she makes in a variety of media—including acrylic, ink, pencil and mixed media—are meant to remind her viewer of life’s heartfelt joys and beauties. “I paint to encourage others to believe,” Claffy states, “and to serve as a reminder that life is beautiful even when it doesn’t seem that way.” Learn more at maureenclaffy.com.
